Buy Replacement Tails Large, Medium and Small X-2 MS Slammers   The MS Slammer X-2 series offers anglers 30% more action and 30% more noise than the regular Slammer for those occasions when you need to show the fish something a little more active and loud.  The X-2 series is available in large (approximately 11.25" long) medium (approximately 9" long) and small (approximately 7" long).  As always, you can have your bait hand painted painted in any of the standard MS Slammer colors.  The X-2 series baits are made from lightweight wood to give them exceptionally lively action for surface or slightly subsurface retrieves.  First hand crafted in 1993, the Original MS Slammer has truly stood the test of time.  All MS Slammer baits are designed to catch any species of game fish that wants to eat a large fish.  From stripers, lake trout, and musky to largemouth, smallmouth, spotted bass, brown trout, rainbow trout, or even bluefin tuna, the MS Slammer will entice your larger than average specimens consistently!  At MS Slammer we believe in the value of hand crafting.  Each lure is hand made and personally inspected by Mike Shaw at each step in the lure making process.  Mike's 16 years of lure making experience mean that from the minute you pull your first MS Slammer out of the package to five years down the road when you are still catching fish on it, you're lure will perform like it should.  Many of our customers have lures with over 100 fish on them and they are still getting new teeth marks on them.  Custom made MS Slammer's are also available for an additional fee. ** If you fill the "name" text box and select signed by Mike Shaw - Your lure will have written on it, "Hand Crafted for "your name" by Mike Shaw".
